The Park at OWA transforms into a tropical paradise. 

An award-winning theme park and all-new indoor water park—it’s the ultimate combination of thrill and chill! Tropic Falls is a combination unlike anything the Gulf Coast has ever seen before! Enjoy 23 rides and attractions at the Tropic Falls Theme Park and explore a year-round tropical paradise in the Tropic Falls Indoor Water Park with 142-foot-tall slides beneath a convertible glass roof! This park is a combination unlike anything the Gulf Coast has ever seen before! Tropic Falls is the rebranded name for both the amusement park and indoor water park. You can even save 10% off of the ticket price if you purchase online! At this time, they are only offering combination tickets for the entire park.  At Tropic Falls, you can find 6 "thrill" slides, a kids play zone with a variety of fun-filled treasures for the little ones to enjoy, a lazy river, and plenty of seating. 

There is more to come soon! Expected to open at the end of summer, you will the Big Water Bay wave pool, surf simulator, and a stage area to host water themed movies and live music.
