Wrap up your summer and celebrate Labor Day Weekend with an epic fireworks show at OWA on Saturday, September 4th. The fireworks go off at 8:45pm sharp. This patriotic show timed perfectly with music can be seen throughout the entire property.
Labor Day Weekend is sure to be a blast at OWA. Some of our favorite viewing spots in Downtown include the many bridges over Lake OWA, the green space on either side of Cinnabon, over by Clash eSports Center and the OWA Theater and at the OWA Island Amphitheater of course!
For a prime spot in The Park, check out the views from behind the Rollin’ Thunder and our large fountain, on the benches at the Midway Games, or over by the Sky Balloons and the Magic Fountain!
You might as well spend the whole day at OWA Saturday, because their Labor Day Car Show starts early that morning. Stroll OWA’s pedestrian-only streets and enjoy the unique viewing pleasure of decades of unique and classic cars. Grab a bite to eat after the show and then relax outdoors and then get ready for the ultimate fireworks spectacular!
Live music will entertain guests from 4:30-10pm on the OWA Island Stage, Saturday, with free performances from Miles Flatt Band and The Chee-Weez. Patriotic fireworks will be visible throughout the property to close out the night on Saturday, September 4th at 8:45pm. Sunday’s concerts include music from Jenna McClelland and Southern Approach starting at 6pm. Free kids’ activities including a patriotic t-shirt and scavenger hunt will be available while supplies last between noon and 6pm both days.
