Friday, Nov 1, 2019 is the Kickoff (6 pm - 11 pm)

Saturday, Nov 2, 2019 is the Oyster Cook-Off (11 am - 6 pm), a decadent celebration of food and drink featuring dozens of chef, restaurants and drinks.

4 huge announcements for 2019: 

1. Headlining the weekend is Iron Chef, Michael Symon and world-champion BBQ Pitmaster, Chris Lilly! Michael is a regular on the Food Network and can be seen on Iron Chef America, Food Feuds, Beat Bobby Flay, Winner Cake All and The Best Thing I Ever Ate. Chris is a six-time barbecue world champion, including four wins at the Memphis in May Grand Championships and is the head chef of Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q Competition Cooking Team. Chris also currently appears on Food Network’s BBQ Brawl.
2. Oysters are the staple of this magnificent event, but this year for the first time ever, there will be specialty dishes featuring delicious cuisines of all types! There is something for every oyster lover and food connoisseur. Each restaurant will feature a different dish representing their culinary flair. These dishes will be available for all Cook-Off attendees!
3. Extra, extra! The music lineup for this event has tripled featuring some of the original Muscle Shoals Legends such as the Fame Studio Swampers and Jimmy Hall & Wet Willie! Up-And-Coming American singer Caroline Jones, the author of the viral song “Gulf Coast Girl” who has worked with Jimmy Buffet and Kenny Chesney, will be performing on the main stage on Saturday. Crawford & Power will kick off the party on Friday night followed by folk pop band Boy Named Banjo and many others.
4. Our Kick-Off party is back and better than ever! On Friday night, sample some of the rarest spirits to ever reach the Gulf Coast and experience a combination of bourbons with high-end barbecue, rums with Carribean style food offerings and rare tequilas with succulent Mexican cuisines. There will be a craft beer village featuring gourmet grilled food pairings. The high-end bbq activation will be curated by Chris Lilly and four world-renowned pitmasters, using their own recipes!

TICKET INFORMATION

Saturday General Admission: $10

Includes admission to Saturday’s Hangout Oyster Cook-Off, chef demo viewing, live music, and much more. Food and beverages are not included with admission.

Weekend VIP: $150

Includes admission to Saturday’s Hangout Oyster Cook-Off, 2 tasting ticket booklets (30 total tasting tickets), celebrity chef food tastings, admission to the “Chef’s Only” after party on Saturday night, and admission to Friday Craft Spirits & Beer night. The exclusive VIP area is a great place to relax with friends with free refreshments, comfortable seating and a private bar.

Weekend Super VIP: $250 (Limited availability)

Includes all the VIP access, amenities, and admissions plus Celebrity Chef Meet-and-Greet opportunities, free swag, a commemorative laminate, reserved premium seating at activations, and admission to an exclusive Meet-and-Greet with Chef Michael Symon.

Tasting Ticket Booklets: $30 in Advance

Tasting ticket booklets include 15 tickets each and are used to purchase oyster tastings at all booths. Each oyster is equivalent to one tasting ticket. Tickets cannot be exchanged for drinks.

Friday Craft Spirits & Beer Night (Nov 1st, 6 pm - 11 pm)

Admission for craft beer tastings available in advance for $40. At Door Price is $50.

Spirit tasting tickets can be purchased at the door.

Friday is ages 21 and up only. Food is NOT included in your ticket.

Friday tickets do NOT include Saturday Admission.

Children 12 and under are admitted for free on Saturday, November 2nd. Friday, November 1st is a 21 and up, adults only event.
