Blue Marlin Grand Championship of the Gulf

So, what makes this such a special event? Here's your answer... The over-the-top weigh-in experience appropriately billed as "the greatest show in sportfishing."

Unlike any other tournament, the crew & team are the stars of the show, and will experience the kind of V.I.P. "rock star" treatment they will find nowhere else. The BMGC has been recognized as one of the Top 20 events in the Southeast!

SCHEDULE

Wednesday July 15th:

• 7 pm: Live music on the Marlin Circle Stage, Wharf Street Party and Billfish Boat Show on Main Street
• 9 pm - 11 pm: Kick Off After-Party at the Boat Bar Presented by Tito's Vodka featuring the Triple Crown Challenge Fighting Chair Contest presented by Release Marine.

Thursday July 16th:

• 10:01 am: Boat departure from the Wharf Marina
• Orange Beach/GulfShores Billfish Boat Parade - Canal Road and at Perdido Pass
• 5 pm: Sponsor Village Opens in Marlin Circle along with the Billfish Boat Show on Main Street

Friday July 17th:

• 5 pm: Sponsor Village Opens in Marlin Circle along with the Billfish Boat Show
• 5 pm:  Weigh-In Spectacular - National Anthem; Opening Intro Video Presentation 
• 5 pm - 7 pm:  Tournament Weigh-In hosted by Jim Cox. Streaming online.

Saturday July 18th:

• 4 pm: Sponsor Village Opens in Marlin Circle along with the Billfish Boat Show
• 5 pm:  Weigh-In Spectacular - Presentation of Colors; National Anthem; Opening Intro Video Presentation
• 5 pm - 9 pm: Tournament Weigh-In... "The Greatest Show in Sportfishing!" - hosted by Jim Cox & Kelly Jones Finley
• 9 pm: Announcement of the Tournament Champions
