James Ozenberger is a retired teacher and is currently living on his farm in Missouri. He enjoys fly fishing and it was this sport that first drew him to the mountains. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam war.

His book, Bighorn, is an action packed adventure story of greed, lust, murder and cruel justice, set against the background of the Bighorn Maountains of Wyoming. Based on historical facts and events, Bighorn transports the reader back in time and provides a sweeping look at life near the turn of the century.
