While there’s great fishing to enjoy inshore, there’s nothing like exploring the deep blue waters of the mighty Gulf of Mexico. My favorite species to fish for are red and white snapper, King mackerel, and greater amberjack. Bringing a fresh catch home to cook and savor over a stunning sunset is the best way to end the day.
My advice for those vacationing along Alabama’s beaches is to “reel” in as many special memories as you can. There’s no greater joy than being able to look back on the moments shared with loved ones while experiencing the beauty of the Alabama Gulf Coast.
