Dauphin Island is located just to the west of Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Alabama. Part of Mobile County, the island is another beautiful area of Coastal Alabama. 

Take the Mobile Bay Ferry from Fort Morgan to Dauphin Island to explore the Alabama Aquarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, or one of the island's many other attractions. It'll make for a fun and informative day trip when vacationing in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area.
