OWA Parks & Resort 101 S. OWA Blvd., Foley, Alabama 36535
Prepare for a jam-packed weekend of thrills and entertainment at OWA. The Park at OWA will celebrate its Grand Reopening for the 2019 season at 11am on Saturday, Feb. 9 and Sunday, Feb. 10.
The Park spent the month of January gearing up for its reopening with fresh face lift and Team Member training. The Reopening will be commemorated with guests counting down the seconds at the Park entrance and entering under a show of colorful confetti from a cannon blast promptly at 11am. The first 50 guests to arrive each day will also have the chance to win great prizes, while supplies last.
In addition to The Park’s reopening, admission-free Downtown OWA excitedly welcomes its first live entertainment venue. From impressions to magic to comedy, Brandon Styles Live has everything an audience desires. Join the star himself, Brandon Styles, on at 8pm Saturday, Feb. 9 in Downtown OWA for a Grand Opening and live show — complete with a meet-and-greet before and after the performance, complimentary snacks during, and maybe a few extra surprises!
“We are very excited to have Brandon [Styles] here at OWA,” said Greg Rawls, OWA’s Director of Business Development. “Brandon is extremely talented and will be a key component in our lineup of regular performances at OWA. Our ultimate goal is for OWA to become your entertainment destination, where you can recharge with everything from live entertainment to amusement rides to one-of-a-kind dining.”
Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Brandon Styles began his impersonations with Michael Jackson at age 6, with his professional career taking off at age 13. He and his family have spent the past 5 years touring his variety show across the United States at casinos, colleges, military bases and more.
“We wanted to get our family off the road and settle down,” said Brandon Styles. “Bringing live entertainment and something different to such a unique destination is very exciting for us. We’re extremely happy and grateful to be a part of OWA.”
This Vegas-style variety performance provides guests with musical covers, ventriloquism, illusions and more. Audience participation is highly encouraged, so guests may even become a part of the show!
Brandon Styles Live is located in Downtown OWA between Alvin’s Island and Crazy Donuts. Nestled inside of the showroom is Brandon Styles’ Magic Shop, which will open at 5pm before the show on Feb. 9. Stop by anytime for free magic demonstrations, or try your hand at becoming a magician with Brandon Styles’ magic classes.
