Get ready for a star-spangled celebration at The Wharf! The iconic palm trees lining Main Street will be lit a patriotic red, white and blue as the Gulf Coast’s biggest street party returns on Wednesday, July 3rd.
“We’ve again planned an exciting Fourth of July celebration at The Wharf for the community and our annual visitors,” said Mary Kate Lantrip, social media manager at The Wharf. “There will be numerous family friendly activities taking place, so come out and join-in on the fun.”
The night will begin with kid-friendly activities at 5 p.m., which will include the bubble truck, a surfboard simulator, bounce houses, face painting, camel rides, a patriotic challenge obstacle course, rock wall, the reptile bus, special appearances by Lady Liberty, Uncle Sam and so much more.
The evening festivities will include the National Anthem at 8:45 pm followed by a spectacular fireworks display. Immediately after the fireworks, embrace the magic of the SPECTRA Laser Light Experience. The best viewing area for the fireworks and SPECTRA will be on Main Street. All the fun will be presented by Beachball Properties.
The event is open to the public with parking and admission free of charge. For more information, visit alwharf.com.
