$450 in cash prizes will be distributed among various categories, including OWA Choice, Mr. & Mrs. Howl-o-ween, Most Creative, Best Team Costume, Spookiest and Funniest costumes.
In-person registration for the costume contest will begin at 4 p.m., although we encourage you to register online today. Admission is free.
