You can barely swing a 7-iron on the Alabama Gulf Coast without hitting one of our exquisite golf courses. Some are technically challenging, some are playable for golfers of all skill levels, but all of our courses are visually stunning.
So Much Golf, So Much Time
Fall and spring are prime golf package seasons, but the weather along the Gulf Coast is great year-round for hitting the links. The Gulf breeze makes for a cool golfing experience during the spring and summer, and snowbirds and golf enthusiasts flock to the Alabama Gulf Coast in the winter months because of the mild climate.
Architects of the courses here include famed players like Arnold Palmer – his only 36-hole property in Alabama – US Open Champion Jerry Pate, Bruce Devlin, Robert von Hagge, and more. No matter the season or level of difficulty you require, these signature courses offer both variety and convenience for your golfing experience.

It's All in the Details
For the scratch golfer in the group, Kiva Dunes is an excellent choice. This Jerry Pate link-style design hosts ample beautiful white-sand bunkers and natural lakes throughout the entire course. Even if you are just riding along, the natural scenery and variety of wildlife found on the course will hold your interest all day long.
Looking for more of a resort-style course? Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, just down the road from Kiva Dunes, is a must-play. The Earl Stone design accommodates any playing level and can be played repeatedly while providing a different experience each time. Situated on the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge, the course offers three distinctive nine-hole golf courses, all designed to showcase the natural beauty.
Arnold Palmer course design fans will want to make sure to visit both Cotton Creek and Cypress Bend at Craft Farms Golf Resort. These two courses are the only Arnold Palmer designs in the state of Alabama. Meanwhile, a quick drive over the Florida-Alabama line will take you to Lost Key, which is also an Arnold Palmer course. The Southern charm and hospitality you experience while playing will make you want to visit year after year.
