Orange Beach Freedom Fest
Get ready for an unforgettable weekend at the fourth annual Orange Beach Freedom Fest, happening Oct. 4 and 5 at The Wharf! This two-day celebration promises fun for the whole family.
Kicking off Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., enjoy the Bama Coast Cruisin' car show, featuring vintage and classic cars lining Main Street. The Kids' Zone by the Ferris wheel will keep the little ones entertained, while patriotic military booths provide activities and information. Explore arts, crafts and outdoor vendor booths, and savor delicious offerings from food vendors. Don’t miss the live music stage, featuring performances courtesy Flora-Bama and CoastAL, along with exciting first responder demonstrations throughout the day.
Saturday continues the festivities from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with the return of the car show and Kids' Zone. The event will also feature a motorcycle and Jeep Rally, with the Marshals Mardi Gras group's motorcycle rally rolling out at noon. All proceeds will benefit Youth Reach Gulf Coast.
Both days will feature the CoastAL/Flora-Bama Music Stage, delivering two full days of live entertainment to keep you dancing. Plus, parking is free in various lots at The Wharf, and a shuttle will run from Orange Beach Middle/High School on Saturday.

Annual National Shrimp Festival

Enjoy more than 100 hours of live music across two stages, showcasing a variety of genres, like blues, classic rock and country. Art lovers can explore over 150 booths filled with unique crafts and artwork, while kids will have a blast in the Children's Activity Village with face painting, a bubble truck and airbrush tattoos. Don’t miss the annual sand sculpture contest on Saturday, where teams compete for cash prizes!

Haunted Hustle 5K, Fun Run, and Witches on Wheels Ride
Are you ready for some spooky fun? The Haunted Hustle is back at Gulf Place Town Green and Public Beach on Saturday, Oct. 19, and it’s shaping up to be a fantastic night!
Put on your best Halloween costume and join in on a night filled with festivities. The Witches on Wheels Bike Parade kicks things off at 6 p.m. Grab your broom (or bike) and get ready to toss beads and candy to the excited crowd! Then, at 6:30 p.m., the Fun Run invites goblins of all ages to enjoy a non-competitive, 1-mile route. It’s the perfect way to get in the Halloween spirit without the pressure of a timed race.
The main event—the Haunted Hustle 5K Walk/Run—starts at 7:10 p.m. This certified course is open to all you ghosts and ghouls. And don’t forget, there will be live music from a DJ and refreshments from the Dolphin Foundation for Education and Arts, who will also be serving up beer and wine.

German Sausage Festival
