Shrimp Perdido
1 lb butter
½ lb oleo
1tsp fresh rosemary
6 oz Worcestershire sauce
5 tbl black pepper
4 tsp salt
4 lemons – sliced
1tsp Tabasco
10 lbs large shrimp
Heat first 8 ingredients to boiling – pour over shrimp (unpeeled) in large casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
Serve with French bread for dipping! If reducing the amount of shrimp – don’t skimp on the sauce…you’ll still need it for dipping! YUMMMMM!
