Classified as “soul jazz” the sharp trumpet work, backed by a cool rhythm section combined with smooth vocals results in a high energy show. After 30 years out of the music writing business he sat down at the piano and wrote 8 of the 10 songs on his debut CD “Beautiful Music.” Jones is ready for the next step in his career touring larger shows and venues across the county.
