We all know that the best beach vacations are built around where to eat. The day starts with plans for lunch. Lunch talk is about where to have dinner. And weekends are special because they bring brunch options.
Sometimes it can be a juggling act to remember which restaurant is best for which meal. But not for those who know about Cayman Grill. They know that this Orange Beach spot is tops for lunch with an amazing selection of sandwiches, soups and salads, tops again for dinner with mouth-watering seafood, steaks and more, and when Sunday rolls around, they are back for a truly special brunch menu.
While we’re not saying you should eat every meal at the same restaurant, if you did, Cayman Grill would be the ideal choice.
Our lunch favorite has to be the traditional Reuben with their homemade sauerkraut. When we’re feeling coastal, we change it out for the Mahi Reuben. A close second favorite is the Cuban sandwich which has smoked ham and marinated pulled pork on Cuban loaf bread with Swiss cheese, mustard and pickles. We always pair it with the black bean soup.
When night falls we’re back to enjoy the wide array of seafood. The menu never disappoints with grouper, yellow fin tuna, red snapper, oysters, shrimp, salmon, and on and on. Land lovers have plenty of steak and chicken options as well.
Come Sunday morning we’re first at the door for the 10:30am to 3:00pm brunch. We’ve been working our way through the pancakes, scones, eggs Benedict, French toast, fresh fruit, carving station, desserts… Good thing we can come back week after week.
