Enjoy a display of hundreds of vintage and classic automobiles as Bellingrath Gardens and Home hosts the Mobile Bay Mustang Club’s 24th Annual Camellia Classic Open Car Show on the Great Lawn.
It’s all for a good cause, too. Proceeds from car registrations will go to Feeding the Gulf Coast (formerly Bay Area Food Bank) and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. Guests who bring a canned good for the Bay Area Food Bank on the day of the event will receive $1 off of the admission price to Bellingrath Gardens.
Visitors are invited to stroll among hundreds of cars on display, including Model Ts, antique and modern Mustangs, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, muscle cars and many more. Car registration will be from 8 a.m. to noon, judging will begin at 11 a.m. and the awards presentations will be at 2:30 p.m.
Foosackly’s chicken fingers and fries are on the menu! The Foosackly’s food truck will be on the Great Lawn serving lunch and snacks from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lunch will also be available for purchase in the Magnolia Café from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Azalea Trail Maids will greet visitors, and the event will include door prizes. Event sponsors are AutoNation Ford and Automotive Painters Supply.
The Camellia Classic Open Car Show is a rain or shine event. To register a car or to purchase tickets, or for more information about the Mobile Bay Mustang Club, visit our website.
